MPA Design supplies two types of service:

Mold flow 24: This service guarantees answers in 24 hrs or less for Mold flow Filling Analysis Study to check a gate option specified by you, or to identify the optimum gate location within normal tooling constraints. Mold flow 24 also calculate the cavity filling pressure ensuring the selected gate option is practical for molding purposes. Customer supplies STL ( stereolithography model )

Mold flow "MPi Complete"

For a mold filling study, depending on the complexity of the part and the customer requirements, it generally takes around 2 to 4 days to generate an accurate simulation model and develop results that are acceptable to show to the customer . A couple of days extra are required for a complex Filling, Cooling and Warpage analysis.

For MPi Complete analysis our simulation FEA models are prepared by experts in their field and measure up to the highest quality standard.

Report: Static and animated images are generally marked up and sent as PowerPoint presentations, but we can also make instant live presentations in your office via the internet. We can either talk individually or speak via a conference facility whilst viewing Mold flow results live online.
